AMG Nursing Care
Working with family carer Jayne Carter and her daughter Nikki. we produced an Easy Read version of several tender documents that AMG Nursing Care was required to produce as part of a contract for a new care service in Wrexham.
The document would be seen by service users and carers, so presenting the document from their perspective was a crucial part of the service.
Jayne offered many carer insights, some of which were fed back to Rachel, AMG's Business Development Manager, which she used to update their original tender documents too, so she really appreciated the accessibility audit input from the easy-read-documents.com in-house team.
