Shaun’s Geeky Youtube channel has 7.2K followers

Shaun Webster MBE set up a YouTube channel in 2024, and it currently has more than 7,200 subscribers. He combines his love of sci-fi, fantasy and horror genres with personal videos about the lives of people with a learning disability.

Here’s what he told us about it:

“I made my YouTube channel a year ago. It is called Shaun Webster MBE GEEK Too and project worker.

I started my YouTube channel because I like sci-fi, horror and other topics, including history and music.

My YouTube channel helps me to forget all the problems in my life, and I enjoy working on my channel. I upload 3 to 5 videos a day.

My YouTube channel relaxes me because I like to find the right music 🎵 that matches the video I made.

My YouTube channel is good for my mental wellbeing and my health.

I'm not bothered if I'm making money because it's a nice hobby. It relaxes me, and it stops me from getting down.

Sometimes, I make videos about what is on my mind for my YouTube channel.

I like to make videos on different types of topics. Sometimes I make videos just on sci-fi or horror and sometimes music like Queen or David Bowie and other topics.

At the moment, my YouTube channel has 7228 subscribers. One of my YouTube video shorts about controversial songs from the 60s and 70s made over a million views.

I don't talk about politics and religion because I don't want any trouble on my YouTube channel.

I noticed on Facebook where I uploaded some of my pictures for my YouTube channel, that many pictures are turning AI - the pictures look more realistic and it’s becoming more difficult to tell the difference between real images and AI images.

I use the AI images I like to make videos for my Youtube channel.
