A tricky topic simplified

The Brief

Islington Council wanted their 'Paying for care at home or in the community' leaflet transcribed into an Easy Read document using PhotoSymbols4.

The Document

Working with our in-house focus group, we transcribed the original 6,000-word document and provided print-ready and web-optimised versions.

Thanks to Jayne & Nikki's input we changed the order of some information, stripped out some complex financial information and smoothed out the consistency of terms.
